Greg has 27 years of coaching experience. He has coached athletes from pre-school to the international elite level. He’s coached multiple regional and national champions, has helped train athletes to obtain Division I college scholarships for gymnastics; he’s coached athletes from the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Trials and has even trained athletes who were in the movie “Stick It.” Greg brings decades of coaching experience to the children of Rutherford County.

Allison is a former cheerleader and has been coaching with Elite Energy for 13 years. Allison specializes in pre-school, gymnastics, cheer and tumbling. She looks forward to bringing gymnastics and All-Stars to the Winchester area and watching athletes progress as they learn many valuable life skills through the sport.

Amy was a gymnast at Tumble Kids Gymnastics (Now Elite Energy) for 7 years, after retiring Amy quickly began coaching. She has been a coach now for 10 years and has experience with all levels from preschool up to level 10. Amy has helped produce many State and Regional champions. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State with a degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in psychology. She is USAG certified and is one of Elite Energy’s Managers.

Coach Scott has been coaching gymnastics for 25 years. He has coached several state and regional champion athletes and teams. He also has helped coach athletes who have gone on to do gymnastics in college. Coach Scott says he is always excited about getting to the gym and facing the day’s challenges.

Kailey started her first gymnastics class at 18 months old. She started competing gymnastics at 4 years old and competed for 8 years. She then competed competitive all-star cheerleading for 7 years as well as competing with Blackman High School’s cheerleading squad for 2 years. Kailey has coached preschool age all the way up to girls’ competitive gymnastics and all-star cheerleading. She recently graduated from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Business Marketing Degree.
AA (Arts), BS (Anatomy), and DC degrees. Kimberlyn began gymnastics at age five. She was a former competitive gymnast and dancer. She began teaching gymnastics at age fourteen and by sixteen, Kimberlyn was choreographing and directing a competition team. She has coached preschoolers to level 10 in Texas, Kentucky and Tennessee. She has over 20 years experience.

Coach Blake did gymnastics for a total of 16 years and competed for 12 of those years. He competed with Elite Energy’s boys’ team for 3 years. Blake is a 4 time State Champion and a 3 time Regional Champion. Blake has coached for 3 years with experience in preschool all the way to boys’ competition team.
Emily cheered for 7 years on her middle and high school cheer squads. She has been a coach for Elite Energy’s Winchester location for 5 years working with preschool classes up to high school athletes. She started at the Murfreesboro location in August 2018 after starting at MTSU pursuing her degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Emily’s favorite thing about teaching gymnastics is seeing a child finally achieve a new skill that they’ve always wanted.
Coach Hannah was a gymnast for 14 years. She has been a part of the Elite Energy family since 2013. Hannah started coaching as a junior in high school on days she wasn’t already here for practice as a competitive gymnast. She currently attends MTSU as an exercise science major. Hannah has experience coaching preschool aged all the way up to girls’ competition team.
Coach Gordon has been practicing martial arts and tumbling for the last 15 years. He has been coaching recreational gymnastics and tumbling for 5 years, and recently became a part of the Elite Energy family early 2018. Gordon is an Exercise Science Major at Middle Tennessee State University studying human movement and physiology. He also holds certification as an ACE personal trainer and a NASM performance Enhancement Specialist. He has helped develop many successful tumbling athletes to achieve not only their tumbling, gymnastics, and dance goals but also their personal goals.
Sierra has done gymnastics for 13 years total, competing for 9 of those years. She loves competing as well as coaching. Currently Sierra attends Central Magnet School.
Coach Katie is a Senior at Smyrna High School . She has been cheering for 6 years. In addition to cheering she joined tumbling classes at Elite Energy. Katie started coaching 2 years ago and has experience with all levels from preschool to diamond classes!
Coach Cagney loves sports, fitness, and the outdoors. She is also a personal trainer with camp gladiator and a future K-5 teacher. Cagney did every sport when she was younger and traveled with gymnastics and dance. She played volleyball for 10 years and still currently plays as an adult. Cagney has been coaching gymnastics and volleyball for almost 2 years. She loves watching children progress and discover a love for sports that they will continue to pursue.
Maddie was a gymnast for 6 years and competed up to Level 5. She now coaches pre school and recreational gymnastics classes. She has attended Elite Energy since middle school participating in tumbling classes. Maddie currently competes for the Central Magnet Varsity cheer squad.
Coach Addison did gymnastics at Elite Energy for 7 years. She was a part of the girls’ competitive gymnastics team. Since retiring from competitive gymnastics she loves to stay involved with the sport by coaching recreational gymnastics and tumbling classes. She currently cheers for Central Magnet High School cheer squad.
Coach Casey began doing gymnastics at the age of 4. She continued for years and got up to Level 10. Her prime years were level 9 when she won 4th at Regionals! Coach Casey’s floor music was “I love rock and roll” and was very well known for it. She retired gymnastics at the age of 15 and became a server soon after. Coach Casey is very excited to be back in the gym and teach young kids to enjoy and love the sport as much as she did!
