Greg Dietz

Greg has 25 years of coaching experience. He has coached athletes from pre-school to the international elite level. He’s coached multiple regional and national champions, has helped train athletes to obtain college scholarships for gymnastics; he’s coached athletes from the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Trials and has even trained athletes who were in the movie “Stick It.” Greg brings decades of coaching experience to the children of Rutherford County.


Allison Dietz

 Manager/Coach – Elite Energy Winchester

Allison is a former cheerleader and has been coaching with Elite Energy for 13 years. Allison specializes in pre-school, gymnastics, cheer and tumbling. She looks forward to bringing gymnastics and All-Stars to the Winchester area and watching athletes progress as they learn many valuable life skills through the sport.

Trudy McCabe

Recreational Gymnastics Director

Trudy began gymnastics at Tumble Kids Gymnastics (Now Elite Energy) when she was 7 years old and competed up to level 10. She is currently studying social work at Middle Tennessee State University where she hopes to one day work in the Department of Children Services. Trudy has worked with special needs children at an alternative boarding school in North Carolina and has experience teaching all ages.


Courtney O’Halloran

Courtney comes to us from San Jose, California where her passion started as a young gymnast and she continued into coaching. Between recreational and competitive programs, Courtney has been coaching for 9 years. Courtney holds many USA Gymnastics course certifications and is currently part of the Murfreesboro Young Professionals Program.


Kimberlyn Kellogg

Pre-School Director

AA (Arts), BS (Anatomy), and DC degrees.  Kimberlyn began gymnastics at age five. She was a former competitive gymnast and dancer. She began teaching gymnastics at age fourteen and by sixteen, Kimberlyn was choreographing and directing a competition team. She has coached preschoolers to level 10 in Texas, Kentucky and Tennessee. She has over 20 years experience.

Mourette Gardner

Customer Service Representative

Mourette was born and raised in Orlando, FL where she started her cheerleading career at an early age. She continued cheering for school squads when she moved to Tennessee.  She has 10 years of cheerleading experience and is working on her Associate’s degree for Business Administration at Motlow State Community College.  Mourette will continue her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at MTSU in the following years. She looks forward to bringing her knowledge of the sport and her passion for helping our clients to Elite Energy!

Amy Robinson

Girls Competitive Gymnastics Director

Amy was a gymnast at Tumble Kids Gymnastics (Now Elite Energy) for 7 years, after retiring Amy quickly began coaching. She has been a coach now for 10 years and has experience with all levels from preschool up to level 10. Amy has helped produce many State and Regional champions. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State with a degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in psychology. She is USAG certified and is one of Elite Energy’s Managers.

Brenden Brooks

Boys Competitive Team Director

Coach Brenden has been with elite energy gymnastics for 8 years as a coach and gymnast. Coach Brenden was a competitive gymnast for 12 years, has over 5 years of coaching experience and is a nationally registered EMT.
