Hands-On Learning for Both Parents and Children
Our preschool program is a great way for parents to bond with their children while having a blast and learning basic gymnastics principles. Find the right Preschool activity for your child below!
10 – 36 months of age, 45 minutes
A fantastic parent-child class, this program is aimed at aiding the development of crucial motor skills while giving you a chance to bond with your child in a supportive and exciting atmosphere.
1 – 2 years of age, 45 minutes
The perfect combination of hands-on participation, basic gymnastics positions, and equipment work, this introductory class will introduce you and your child to vault rotations, low beams, bars that are perfect for small hands, floor exercise, forward & backward rolls, and bouncing on the trampoline!
3 – 4 years of age, 60 minutes
Aside from building on skills on the vault, bars, beam, and floor exercise, this class emphasizes running, jumping, climbing, agility, hand-eye coordination to really get your child moving! This student-focused class will teach your child basic gymnastics positions to prepare them for more advanced classes!
5 years, 60 minutes
This class bridges the gap between Preschool-level preparation classes and true recreational gymnastics classes. Boys and girls 5 years of age build on their solid foundation of gymnastics positions and skills to prepare them for a Preparation Level 1 Gymnastics Class.
4-6 years, 60 minutes
If your child is interested in cheerleading, then this high-energy class is perfect! Basic cheer motions, jumps, chants, stunts, and pom-pom routines are covered in the Cheer Bears program, as well as basic tumbling. All students are invited to participate in our annual recital in the Spring!
3-5 years, 60 minutes
This class is great for Preschoolers who are interested in dancing! Students will start by learning basic dance positions and movements, and will gradually learn more gymnastics skills on all the basic equipment. All students are invited to participate in our annual recital in the Spring!
